For the health and safety of our beloved residents, clients, staff, and greater community we are continuing to adhere to guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and Virginia Department of Health.
We are continuing to provide ongoing updates and communicate regularly with our independent living, assisted living and health center residents, families, and staff during these ever-changing times. We also welcome our residents and families to call our hotline with questions.

Coronavirus Hotline and Email for Westminster at Lake Ridge Residents & Families
We have a telephone and email hotline to answer any questions residents and families may have regarding the procedures and policies in place addressing COVID-19. The hotline is manned by Westminster at Lake Ridge staff Monday through Friday 9am through 5pm. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message and we will respond within 24 hours. For weekend coverage, both calls and emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
