Our 60-bed Nursing Center provides quality health care for all residents. Our committed, long-term staff members are the friendly faces that make each day easier for residents.
We accept Medicare and Medicaid programs and our special care and skilled nursing programs include:
• 24-hour professional nursing care
• Nutritious, tastefully prepared meals, supervised by a Registered Dietician
• Respite and Hospice Care
• IV Therapy
• Restorative Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies
• Pet therapy
• Medication Management
• Medical supplies, lab and x-ray services
Individualized health care plans are available.
Our professional rehabilitation teams are certified and licensed. Our multi-disciplinary approach includes a rehabilitation screening for all new residents, ongoing screenings, family interaction through each stage of recovery, an individual Care Plan, and coordination of nursing, social and rehabilitation services to maximize independence and quality of life.
Our Nursing Center also provides a wide array of scheduled activities designed to keep our residents active and encouraged. Activities include gentle stretching, bird watching, short stories, discussion groups, smile exercising, Uno, musical bingo, movie matinees, and many, many more. |
