Our Community

Westminster at Lake Ridge opened in January 1993 as a Continuing Care Retirement Community. The suburban Washington metropolitan location adjacent to the historic riverside town of Occoquan, Virginia was chosen especially for its natural esthetic beauty. The serene atmosphere, on 62 wooded acres with tall trees and two beautiful ponds, wooded views, and trails that extend to the Occoquan River is just one of the reasons why our residents enjoy living here.  They also like that our intimate size allows us to be a close-knit community of residents with a caring and compassionate staff, many of whom have been with us since we first opened. 

Westminster is owned by Westminster Presbyterian Retirement Community, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing dedicated service to seniors of all faiths.
