Kathleen Stansfield, Resident Services Director

Like many of our employees, Kathleen has been with Westminster at Lake Ridge for over 10 years. Kathleen grew up in Seattle, Washington, where she graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Sociology and Elementary Education. She enjoys the camaraderie between the residents and staff. 

“The residents are a remarkable generation with lots of fantastic and interesting stories to tell,” shares Kathleen. “Through the events that Resident Services plans, we get to play a part in making their lives a little more enjoyable with lots of things to do.”

Her husband’s career as a Naval Officer took them to Japan, Greece, England, Hawaii, Rhode Island and Virginia. They have three grown children -- a married son with two children who lives in San Diego, CA; a second son who lives in London, England; and a daughter who lives in Washington, D.C. Kathleen and her husband love to travel and take advantage of every opportunity to get together with their family. When not traveling, Kathleen is an avid gardener.

Heather Reich, Resident Services Assistant Director

Heather is originally from Greenwood, Indiana, which is just south of Indianapolis but calls Lake Wawasee in Syracuse, Indiana home. Heather enjoys boating, water skiing, checking out the latest exhibits at the museums, walking the National Mall, college basketball, spending time with her family (she has a brother stationed in D.C. with the Navy.) and friends, reading, and listening to music. Heather has been with Westminster for over three years.
