Fees

You’ve planned and saved your whole life and now that you’ve entered your retirement years, you shouldn’t have to worry about unexpected bills and home repairs. Now is the time to enjoy all of the amenities, entertainment and services available as a resident of Westminster at Lake Ridge.

At Westminster, there are just two fees: a one-time entrance fee and a predictable monthly fee that covers almost every expense you can imagine including weekly housekeeping, transportation and parking.  Both fees will depend on which home you choose, whether a cottage or an apartment, as well as whether you choose the 90 percent or the 50 percent refund option. 

Entrance Fee:

The refundable Fee for Service Agreement*entrance fee entitles you to lifetime residency at Westminster at Lake Ridge.  You will only be billed for skilled nursing or assisted living if you use those services.  If you decide to move, your deposit will be refunded to you.

Monthly Service Fee:

Each resident pays a monthly service fee.  When comparing the cost of living of your home with the monthly service fee you will find that there really is not much difference when you consider what is included. The following services are included in the monthly fee:

Entrance Fee prices range from $119,366 to $415,542 depending on the home you select.
Monthly Service Fee ranges from $1,896 to $3,735 depending on the home you select.
