Spacious Cottages

All of our spacious retirement cottage homes offer one-level living and are maintenance-free. Enjoy the convenience of weekly housekeeping and don’t worry about mowing the lawn or shoveling the snow as we take care of that for you!  Our retirement community also includes parking, scheduled transportation and dining.

Westminster at Lake Ridge offers several different cottage homes, including the following floor plans which are just some of the available homes you can choose from:

Plymouth 1000 sq. ft. - One Bedroom/Den with 1 1/2 Baths

Sturbridge 1170 sq. ft. - Two Bedroom with 2 Baths

Windsong 1400 sq. ft. - Two Bedroom/Den with 2 Baths
