There are two fees associated with residence at Westminster: an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Both fees vary depending on: which home you choose, the type of health coverage and the type of refund option you choose.

Westminster at Lake Ridge offers a 10%, 50% and 90% refundable Life Care Residence and Care Agreement, and also a 90% and 100% refundable Fee for Service Agreement.

Your monthly service fee includes: one meal daily in the dining room, weekly housekeeping, maintenance of your home and grounds, all utilities (except telephone and cable TV), an emergency response system, on-site security and safety checks, a host of social and recreational opportunities, scheduled transportation, and health and wellness programs.
